Story
This year marks the five year anniversary of losing my dear friend Mike Ho to suicide. Mike was a friend and fellow physio whose generosity had no boundaries, and was someone who touched the lives of so many both personally and in his work. He was someone you could always rely on to show up, no matter what. The world truly lost one of the good guys.
This year, to help raise money in his name I have climbed Mt.Kilimanjaro (March 24) and am now running The Hackney Half Marathon on 19th May!

Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide. Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. And 75% of all UK suicides are male. CALM exists to change this by offering life saving services, provoking conversation and bringing people together to reject living miserably.
From advice on their website, through to free, confidential chats with helpline staff, online or on the phone, they are there to help every day, no matter what.
£8 is enough to fund one potentially life-saving call.
