I will be running the Great North Run half-marathon on September 13, 2026, to support the incredible work of Samaritans.

Many people find it hard to speak openly or ask for help, but talking can be life-saving – whether it's with a colleague, family member, friend, or a helpline like Samaritans. Every 10 seconds, Samaritans volunteers respond to a call for help. They are available, for free, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to listen and support anyone facing challenges without any judgement.

It’s only through your generous donations and the dedication of over 23,000 listening volunteers that Samaritans can continue to be there for those who are struggling.
