Story
At The vineyard organic day nursery , we are privileged to care for and nurture children aged 3 months–5 years during their most precious, formative years. Every day, we witness the innocence, potential, and vulnerability of young lives and it is this deep connection to children and their wellbeing that has inspired us to take action beyond our nursery walls.
That is why we as a nursery team are coming together to participate in a sponsored walk to raise vital funds for Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders (MSF) a global humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency medical aid to people affected by conflict, epidemics, natural disasters, and health system collapse.
MSF works on the frontlines, providing critical care to the most vulnerable, including children, babies, and families who have no access to safe healthcare. MSF’s work is nothing short of extraordinary.
As Early Years Teachers, we believe every child, everywhere, deserves safety, compassion, and the chance to grow up healthy. While we may not be able to reach those children directly, we want to do our part by supporting those who can.
Our walk is a small gesture of solidarity.
