Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.

Story

I have sadly lost four family members to brain cancer, my mum, youngest sister, her son and a cousin. And more recently, a fellow alumni. I've been raising awareness about the devastating impact brain tumours have on families for 10 years now. I have been doing this by fundraising for Brain Tumour Research. They are an incredible charity whose aim is to find better treatments for anyone affected by brain cancer and ultimately a cure.

My latest adventure is to canoe 100km across Scotland. From Fort William to Inverness over 5 days, wild camping on the way.
