Feeling excited but slightly apprehensive to be starting a sponsored skip+jump today! Before I did 5 min skipping and was tough so I put the bar even higher. I am not good at skipping so you know when you imiss and rope end on your leg, I will get lots of that and let see what will be my best one in the row I will update you everyday.

Over the month of June I am going to be skipping the rope 6 min followed by 6 minutes jumping on the trampoline every day to raise money for Arbury Road Baptist Church The church is marking the 60th anniversary of our building this year, and to celebrate we are fundraising for important repairs to the building, to make sure we can continue our life of worship and community ministry ... hopefully for another 60 years!
