On 06-Apr, I will be running the Vienna City Marathon. In the final month leading up to the big day, I am fundraising for Lia’s Wings, the only UK air ambulance charity delivering life-saving services both in the UK and internationally. Lia's Wings was set up by Patrick and Melissa Schoennagel in memory of their daughter Emilia “Lia” Schoennagel, who tragically died aged five in 2022. The charity provide urgent medical air transfers, ensuring that babies and children receive the vital treatment they need, no matter where they are. Lia's Wings also provides a tailored support service for families to help them through crisis, creating improved outcomes and lasting change.
