We're a group of runners & non-runners, mainly from India, training together for a 10km run this June to raise money for PACE.

We work together at Boots & TCS, and back in December 2022 we were talking about starting running together to keep fit, and having something to aim for, so we decided to create this event - a 10km run through the Leicestershire countryside to help raise money for a local charity. After a very successful run in 2023 & 2024 we've decided to do it again! Many of us are training together each Thursday evening (which is getting more pleasant now the evenings are lighter and warmer!).

On Saturday 28th June we'll be heading out to tackle the 10km route, taking in local villages and Swithland reservoir, and of course a few hills along the way!

Many of the team have never run anything like this distance before so it's going to be a big challenge, so please consider sponsoring the team through one of the team members to help encourage them with their training and to raise much-needed funds for the fabulous local charity PACE.
