Hi everyone, my name is Vivian Allison and I'm praying someone can help me get the funds to help save my Mom's house from being totally stolen from her. My Mom & Grandmother bought a just built house in 1997 & paid the mortgage with no problems even when the price was increased. My Mom worked as a CNA for over 20 years and stopped due to her aging Mother she gave physical care to her 14 years by herself ,she passed away at age 94. My brother came in from his worldly travels to help out with the house & bills along side of my Mom. He convinced her to give him power of attorney in which she did .Trusting that he was going to do the Honest & Rite things by her affairs. Well that didn't happen!. For a few years he did take care of the concerns of her affairs but soon it was a new deal with power for him. He started wanting her retirement & any other monies to come directly to his hands with no fail. Well this went on for a few years. Then all of a sudden ( he ) wanted to sell (Her) house & walk away with $250,000 of equity from the sell. I asked him if he was going to share the the money with our Mother ?., He looked at me with a death stare & said No !!.. About 2 years after this self made decisions he sold her house out from under her for $1.00 to a young lady who is now selling it out of her hands. Mind you me brother Never paid the mortgage bill My Mom & Grandmother always paid it. He took my Grandmother's name off the deed ,added himself and because he had POA over my Mother forged her name and sold her house from under her. My Mother is 84 years old and prays & cries every nite about loosing Her home because her Greedy & Selfish son wanted money more than doing what was rite for he his aging Mother. He did run away with $107,500 of built equity from the home and left the country and moved to Indonesia near 1 of his Airforce buddies Now the lady is showing the house to potential buyers. He also stole a $1,850 check that came from a government program & was able to cash the check using the POA paper. Not sure how long my Mom has before someone buys the house. I'm a Transporter & I'm doing all I can to help her re-buy Her house before someone else does. Any help will be Greatly appreciated even if its just information that can help to reclaim Her rightfully owned property.
