I know many of my supporters know I am a keen cyclist so this year, not only am I taking part in Ride for Precious Lives as a part of Team Betty, my journey is starting 7 days earlier and I will begin my challenge at John O ' Groats. once I get to Bristol I will join the Ride for Precious Lives team and will then complete the following leg from St Austell to Penzance on Monday 15 July. My total challenge will be approx 1000 miles!

I have already raised an incredible amount of sponsorship for this challenge and thank everyone who came to my race night earlier this year. My challenge is to raise an additional £1000 over the challenge which is just £1 a mile!

Any donation is truly appreciated but to put into context what your donation means in terms of the care provided at Little Harbour for 130 children and young people with life limited conditions:

£25 could fund our phone line for the day to ensure no call goes unanswered day or night.

£70 could fund 1 hour of care for a family at one of our hospices
