Jay and I finished our epic bike ride from Padstow back to Gloucester on our mountain bikes, roughly 300miles across trails, farm track and remote countryside on 30th March.

I’m now taking on 3 x Sprint Triathlons over the next 2 months to help raise money for the Gloucestershire Deaf Association. An amazing charity and one close to my heart ❤️

My first Tri is on 21st April, followed by 28th April then the grand final on 1st June.
