I'm super excited to be taking on a big scary challenge to mark this year's World Animal Day!

On September 27th I'll be abseiling 115ft down Peacehaven Cliffs in support of the amazing International Animal Rescue 🤩

Since 1989, International Animal Rescue have been working in multiple countries around the world to rescue and rehabilitate captive and exploited animals and address the root causes of cruelty to animals and the destruction of their natural habitats.

As human populations expand, deforestation and urbanisation are ever-increasing threats to animals who are forced from the safety of their shrinking homes.

IAR rescues individual animals (such as orangutans, bears, monkeys and slow lorises) who have been displaced, injured, or are victims of the illegal wildlife trade. Once rehabilitated, these animals are reintroduced into protected habitats, adding to the conservation efforts of multiple endangered species.
