NI Hospice Belfast Dragon boat race 2025 · 13 September 2025

At Northern Ireland Hospice, we care for more than 4,000 babies, children and adults with life-limiting illnesses, both in Hospice and in the community. We look after every patient's nursing, medical, social, spiritual and emotional needs with support for their family continuing into bereavement.

Story

As many of you know, our sweet boy Alexander was just 3 years old when we had to say goodbye far too soon. His time with us was short but the love, laughter and joy he brought into our lives will stay with us forever.

During his illness and in the painful days after his passing, NI children's hospice surrounded our family with compassion, care and support we will never forget. They were there for Alexander and for us too.

That’s why each year we hold a fundraiser in his memory, we’re once again raising money to help NI childrens hospice continue their incredible work for children and families like ours.

Every donation no matter the size, helps keep our little boy’s light shining and ensures other families receive the same care and support when they need it most.

Thank you

Lisa and Jason
