W Denis Takes on Tough Mudder – Saturday 25 July

On Saturday 25 July, a team from W Denis will be taking on the Tough Mudder challenge, a gruelling endurance event designed to test physical strength, resilience and teamwork.

We are doing this to push ourselves well outside our comfort zones while raising vital funds for The Candlelighters Trust, a charity that provides essential support to children with cancer and their families across Yorkshire.

Why We’re Taking Part

Tough Mudder is not your average obstacle course. It involves long-distance running, extreme physical challenges, ice-cold water, mud, heights and teamwork under pressure. It is deliberately demanding, both physically and mentally.

By supporting our challenge, you are helping us turn every mile run and every obstacle completed into meaningful support for families facing incredibly difficult circumstances.

About The Candlelighters Trust

The Candlelighters Trust supports children with cancer and their families by funding specialist staff, providing family support services, and improving treatment and care across the region. Their work makes a tangible difference at one of the most challenging times a family can face.
