Welcome to the Wait For Me Willis! team fundraising site. We are a hodgepodge collection of staff from the Neuroscience Unit at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford attempting to run, jog, walk (or possibly crawl) the 58km Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge in May 2024. Oh, and did we mention the 1700m of ascent as well??? Some of us are seasoned long-distance runners and some of us, well, aren't!

We are aiming to not only to cross the finish line with some level of dignity still intact, but also try and raise some money to support the Neuroscience unit. Our ward cares for patients with severe, life-changing neurological illnesses and injuries. Any money raised will go directly towards providing extra equipment that will make patients' lives a little less challenging and a little more comfortable while they are with us.
