Running for Doctors of Rahman
We're 4th year medical students running a half marathon (21km) to raise money for Doctors of Rahman, a UK-based charity delivering aid and healthcare support to countries facing humanitarian crises.
Medical school has given us a close-up view of what good healthcare can do and what its absence means. The communities Doctors of Rahman works in often have neither the staff nor the infrastructure to cope when things go wrong. That's what this charity is trying to change.
