On 26th July, we – Sophie, Hannah and Olivia – will be taking part in a 30-mile charity walk organised by Courmac's Legal, walking from The Christie NHS Foundation Trust to Courmac's Legal in Blackburn.

We are taking on this challenge because one of Sophie's colleagues has recently been diagnosed with cancer and is currently receiving treatment at The Christie. Like so many others, cancer has affected people close to us, and we have seen first-hand the impact it can have on individuals, families and friends.

We want to do our part to support those going through cancer treatment and help fund the incredible work carried out by The Christie Foundation Trust. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help provide vital support, fund life-saving research and improve the care and treatment available to cancer patients.

A 30-mile walk will certainly be a challenge, but knowing we are raising money for such an important cause will keep us going every step of the way.
