Walk into Light is a sponsored walk, organised by 41 Club (www.41club.org) and is to help raise awareness for ANDYS MAN CLUB (www.andysmanclub.co.uk). The idea is to start before the sun comes up at 5.30am when it's dark, and walk with friends into the daylight, symbolising the journey from darkness in times of mental health challenges.

ANDYSMANCLUB are a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free to attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. We want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation. #ITSOKAYTOTALK

The Walk into Light event is free to attend and is to raise awareness of ANDYSMANCLUB and the support they offer, but we are encouraging people to raise sponsorship for AMC or make a donation to help them continue the work they do.

ANDYSMANCLUB is the chosen charity of the 41 Club President 2025/26, and 41 Club is a group of clubs around the country for men over the age of 45, mostly ex members of Round Table but also like minded men looking for friendship, experiences, and community.
