Ten years ago I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS). I made a promise to myself that I would never let it stop me from living life. This hasn't always been the easiest promise to keep, so a decade on I am renewing my promise and setting off on an exciting adventure! From dancing through life, to being house bound and unable to walk upstairs without help, to finally walking the South West Coast Path! Life has been a bit of a rollercoaster over the last ten years so it felt right to commemorate this moment in time.

I know for a fact that I wouldn't be where I am today without the support from family, friends and the amazing charity that I am asking help to raise money for.

In Charley's Memory is a small local charity which supports children and young adults who are in need of mental health support but can't always get it when they need it. They gave me space and time to work through many difficult, life changing moments that have occurred whilst giving me support and advice on how to move through the new life I was living.

If you feel able it would be amazing to raise as much money as possible for this awesome charity. And the support would definitely help me when the going gets tough!
