Millions of Ukrainian families are currently facing dire conditions, enduring -20 degree weather without power, heating, or running water due to ongoing Russian strikes on civilian energy infrastructure. In response to this urgent need, I will be undertaking a personal trek by walking the West Highland Way over five days, wild camping the entire route. This journey will cover 100 miles, averaging 25 miles per day. While it will be cold and likely wet, it pales in comparison to the hardships faced by children, families, and soldiers in Ukraine.

I have chosen to support the "100 Ambulances for Ukraine" campaign through a medical charity that has been providing life-saving medical supplies since the onset of the full-scale invasion nearly four years ago. This charity's work is crucial in ensuring that those affected receive the necessary care and support.
