A year ago I would have laughed at the thought of running a half marathon! Yes I’m a dog walker but running is something I’ve found incredibly challenging. Not that long ago, I was too scared to go to a Parkrun…in a slightly impulsive moment I signed up for my very first half marathon on 20th September.

I’m not finding the training easy and I’m doubting myself but if you know me, you know I don’t give up easily!

Every day I walk dogs who are incredibly lucky to have loving families who care for them. But not every dog is that fortunate.

While some wait for a forever home, others may have never experienced something as simple as a walk or being loved.

That’s why I’m running my first ever half marathon to raise money for RSPCA Warrington 🐾
