On 4th September, I’ll be taking part in Walk to Remember in memory of my beautiful daughter, Aria. 💜🦋

Last August, my world changed forever when I lost my little girl. Aria was just 20 months old when she died after a battle with POLG mitochondrial disease.

Since then, I’ve tried to do everything I can to honour Aria and continue the legacy she left behind. Taking part in Walk to Remember is another way for me to remember her while raising money for St Mary’s Hospice and the incredible support they provide to local families.
