We are walking in memory of our beautiful Niece, Florentina Rose Burton, on what should have been her 8th birthday weekend.

She bravely fought Neuroblastoma, a childhood cancer, for 3 1/2 yrs but in November 2024, she gained her angel wings. Forever 7.

The team of 4 is Naughty Auntie Jackie, Uncle Carl, Anna and Chris, who have all been deeply effected by the loss of Florentina.

The 87 mile challenge will be tough - however the 20 miles a day we have to walk, is nothing compared to all the treatments, operations, clinical trials and hospital trips which Florentina went through in her short life.

Florentina's Footsteps Foundation is a charity set up to help make a difference to sick children on hospital wards in and around Essex.We support families in hospital by providing food, toiletries, play sessions and making hospital stays a little more pleasant.
