Mental Health Matters is a national charity with over 40 years of experience in delivering high-quality mental health services. We support 15,000 people every month to achieve their recovery goals, and we are always seeking to develop and expand our services to reach more people in need.

Story

On May 17th, the staff from East of India, along with our friends and family, will be taking on a 14-mile coastal walk from Littlestone to Folkestone harbour arm to raise funds for Folkestone Safe Haven, a local mental health charity supported by Mental Health Matters.

Folkestone Safe Haven provides essential services to those in emotional distress, offering a 24/7 helpline and a walk-in service that creates a safe, non-judgmental space for anyone in need of support. Your donations will help ensure that these vital services can continue, making a real difference to the local community.

Please support us as we take on this challenge to help raise awareness and funds for a cause close to our hearts. Every donation, big or small, will go directly to Folkestone Safe Haven, helping them to provide crucial support to those who need it most.

Thank you for your generosity and support!
