Barby Cricket Club is the furthest away ground for our team (Water Orton CC 2nd XI) this year and we thought it would be a unique challenge to walk there whilst wearing our cricket kit.

30 miles from Warwickshire to Northamptonshire over stiles, up hills, across fields and traversing town centres starting on Friday 18th August and then finishing before the start of the game on Saturday 19th August....and then 45 overs playing in the game 🫣

Wearing cricket pads, thigh guards, maybe a cricket helmet across the bull fields 😬
