Help us raise £250,000 to improve the quality of life for patients living with dementia in the Rotherham community.

Story

Staff members on ward B5 are taken on the Mam Tor walk either on the 29th June or the 6th July in aid of in aid of Rotherham Hospital and Community Charity Dementia Appeal.

The teams will be lead by organiser and ward manager Kerry Smith. Mam Tor is a beautiful spot for a sunrise. The team will see stunning viewpoints at the top of Mam Tor from it's circular walk in one of the Peak District's most dramatic landscapes.

Dementia affects more than just memory—it affects families, relationships, and independence. At The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust, we see first hand the challenges that dementia patients and their loved ones face every day. That's why we’ve launched our Dementia Appeal—to enhance the care and support we provide to some of our most vulnerable and elderly patients.

Every pound you donate will make a real, lasting difference. Together, we can make sure that patients living with dementia receive the respect, dignity, and care they deserve during their time with us. No matter the size of your donation, you will be helping us transform the experience of dementia care at Rotherham Hospital.

Please join us in making a difference today. With your support, we can give patients and their families hope, comfort, and quality care when they need it most.
