I am cycling to raise money for the MND Association in memory of Pam Bedford, a beautiful soul who was sadly taken far too early by this very cruellest of diseases. Sponsor me on here and your money will change the lives of people affected by motor neurone disease.

The challenge is to complete the 73 mile route of the 'Canterbury Bike Ride' on 19th July. I have never cycled that far in a single day before. 35% longer than the London to Brighton ride.
