The freedom I feel when I run has given me sanctuary over many years of incredible running adventures.

This May I will be travelling to Africa & running 525kms self supported across the Namib desert. Wow I feel beyond blessed to be getting this opportunity.

But there are so many women & girls in the world where it isn’t safe & they don’t have the freedom to run. I am running for them. When it gets hard I will think of them.

Free To Run do amazing work in places of conflict to create safe spaces & sisterhoods to support them & so I’m asking for you to help me to help them.

Please donate anything if you are able I’d truly appreciate your kindness & support. I will do my best to honour those who don’t have a safe space with Warrioress strength & courage.
