Since October 2023, over 100,000 Palestinians have fled to Egypt—escaping bombs, only to face poverty, trauma, and medical crisis. Most have no legal status, no income, and no access to healthcare. Families are sleeping hungry, cancer patients go untreated, and children carry deep emotional scars.

They survived war—but they’re still fighting to live.
