Help Us Bring Clean Water to Rwanda!
In summer 2025, I will be volunteering in Rwanda with Team Rwanda, a project supported by the University of Manchester. As part of this initiative, I will be working with Azizi Life, a Rwandan social enterprise that supports vital community development projects.
One of the urgent needs in the communities we will be working with is access to clean, safe drinking water. Azizi Life are launching a new project to import improved, affordable water filters to Rwanda- helping families protect themselves against waterborne diseases. Our goal is to fund the very first shipment of these life-saving filters, creating a self-sustaining project that will continue to benefit communities for years to come.
To support this cause, a group of our volunteers are taking on an incredible challenge: together, we will run a combined total of 893 kilometres- the distance around the entire perimeter of Rwanda! Every step we take is a step towards cleaner water, healthier lives, and stronger communities.
Your donation will go directly towards funding water filters that will make an immediate and lasting impact for families in Rwanda. Any amount you can give, big or small, will make a real difference.
Please donate and share this page with others.
Thank you for your support!
