Story
On Sunday 28th June, we (Tom & Tom) are back on our feet again, this time taking on a 44 km walk (27 miles in old money) from Waterloo Station in London all the way back home to Wodson Park in Ware.
We’re doing it to raise money for Wodson Park, an independent charity at the heart of the local community, providing facilities for sport, fitness, and local groups of all ages. We’re fundraising via the Friends of Wodson Park scheme, which supports the ongoing work and development of the centre and helps keep it thriving for everyone who uses it.
If you can spare a few pounds to support the cause (and help keep us moving somewhere around kilometre 30), we’d be hugely grateful. Every donation will go towards supporting Wodson Park and the work it does for the local community.
We’ll be setting off from Waterloo and heading all the way back to Ware, so if you fancy joining us for a stretch of the walk, or even the whole thing if you’re feeling ambitious, you’d be more than welcome. Just drop us a message if you’re keen.
Thanks for getting behind us, and wish our legs luck (again).
