Our Intention: A Gift of Water in a Sacred Month

As we welcome the blessed month of Muharram, the Nottingham Prophetic Path Sisters have launched a heartfelt initiative to provide clean, life-giving water to community in need in Pakistan.

In honour of Sayyidah Fatima رضي اللّه عنها, the noble Ahlul Bayt, and especially the Martyrs of Karbala, we are establishing a Water Filtration Project-a source of pure water and pure intentions. We are blessed to name this effort:

"The Spring of Sayyidah Fatima رضي اللّه عنها"

Our goal is to raise £5,000 to bring this vision to life.

About Dabbagh Welfare Trust' Water Projects in Pakistan

Pakistan is on the verge of becoming a water scarcity country. Pakistan has the world's fourth-highest rate of water use.

According to all the latest surveys, Pakistan is third on the list of becoming a water-stressed country in the next 5-10 years.

This means that millions of families will not be able to access clean drinking water and thousands will die after contracting water-borne diseases.

Dabbagh welfare Trust is one of the water charies providing clean water solutions to the poor and needy families. We are digging water pumps, building water wells and water filtration plants.
