What's the challenge?

On August 15th, We'll be taking on the Mourne Wall Challenge in support of Action Cancer Northern Ireland, Just over 33km, total assent of around 9,800ft with a estimated duration time of 14 hours, The Mourne Wall Challenge is one of Northern Irelands toughest endurance hikes. We wanted to do something that will be genuine physical and mental test, but it's nothing compared to the challenges face by those affected by cancer every day.

Why are we doing this?

Every year in Northern Ireland over 10,000 people are diagnosed with cancer, that's more than 28 people every, around 4,600 lose their lives to the disease every year. Right now, an estimated 80,000 people across Northern Ireland are living with cancer and with 1 in 2 of expected to face it in our lifetime, it's something that affects us all.

Caner Focus Northern Ireland is there for people when the need it most, They Support individuals and families through some of the hardest moments of their lives, offering counselling, practical help and a listening ear when it matters most, They also work to prevent cancer through education and early detection, helping save lives across Northern Ireland. Their works touches thousands of people every year providing nor just support, but real hope.
