As some of you know, on the 4th of July last year I collapsed in a gym due to an aneurysm on my iliac artery rupturing.

This almost cost me my life but thankfully after the quick reaction from my good mate Jack, who I was in the gym with at the time, called the ambulance.

I was then rushed to hospital were I had 2 operations to have stents and coils fitted into my artery.

The vascular team and both Pembury and St Thomas’ hospital fought very hard to save my life.

I am now proud to say I am back fighting fit and ready to pay it forward

As the anniversary of the event comes closer, I want to give back. So I am doing a sky dive on the 10th of August to raise money for a Vascular charity called The Circulation Foundation.
