We will be walking up and down Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen Y Fan all in 24 hours to raise awareness and donations for Swansea Mind. Swansea Mind are a local Charity that have helped a large number of individuals, providing advice and support to empower anyone experiencing mental health problems.
