Hi Everyone.

Next April i have set myself the goal of completing the berlin half marathon for 2 reasons.

Firstly to motivate myself to get out there running again, to improve my physical and mental health so I'm a better parent to my kids.

Secondly to raise money for CCLG. As a parent i couldn't begin to imagine the torment a diagnosis like this would cause. If by putting myself through a small amount of pain lessens that of someone else then this will all be worth it.

Any amount donated would be greatly appreciated.
