Story
This year, the Wayv team has come together to support Teenage Cancer Trust.
When we asked our team to nominate a charity for our annual community challenge, the response was incredibly personal. Colleagues shared stories of loved ones, friends and experiences that had touched their lives. Through a company-wide vote, our team chose Teenage Cancer Trust because of the life-changing support it provides to young people and their families when they need it most.
On Friday 4th September, we'll be taking on the Wayv Full Peaks Challenge - a demanding 20-mile hike across the Peak District with more than 3,500ft of elevation. But this challenge is about far more than one day on the hills.
Over the coming weeks we'll be fundraising in every way we can, from community events and workplace fundraising to raffles, sponsorship and local business support. Every member of our team has committed to playing their part, and together we're aiming to raise as much as possible for an incredible cause.
Teenage Cancer Trust believes that no young person should face cancer alone. Every donation, whether it's £5 or £500, helps provide specialist nurses, youth workers and dedicated support that allows young people to receive care designed specifically for them.
If you're able to support us, whether by making a donation, sponsoring the challenge, sharing our page or simply cheering us on, we'd be hugely grateful.
Thank you for helping us make a real difference to young people facing cancer.
