Instructions on how to enter the Raffle:

1. Please note, this is not a public event. The raffle is open only to individuals who work at Waterloo Community Counselling. If you purchase a ticket and this does not apply to you, you may not be able to win a prize and you will not be entitled to a refund.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT YOU LEAVE YOUR NAME WHEN YOU DONATE SO WE KNOW WHO HAS DONATED

2. The cost of each ticket to raffle is £3 per ticket and £10 for 5. Donations of less than £3 will not be counted as a purchased ticket. You may purchase more than one ticket. Any online payments must be made through this dedicated Just Giving page. Please do not add gift aid as this is not allowed when purchasing raffle tickets.

3. Your entry will only be valid if you make your name visible on the Just Giving webpage. Please make sure you tick the box during the donation process that says you're happy to share your contact details with us.

4. After you have purchased your tickets please send an email to info@waterloocc.co.uk with the subject line Spring 2025 and evidence of the donation which confirms the number of tickets purchased. In the email please also clarify your connection to WCC.

4. You will be sent an email in receipt of your entry which shall be your ticket. You will be sent proof of the tickets you have purchased.

5. Tickets must be purchased by 28th April 2025. Please note the Raffle draw will take place on the 29th April 2025 at the Waterloo community counselling office premises at a closed event for the staff team, counsellors and supervisors.

6. Prizes are restricted to one prize per person. If a second prize is picked from your numbers then that prize will be returned, and a new number will be picked.

7. If you have won a prize, but were not able to attend the in-person prize draw you will receive an email within 7 days of the raffle informing you. You may need to collect the prize from the office.
