Story
West End FC is an Aberdeen based football club who aim is to provide the best possible environment for each individual to develop whilst ensuring everyone connected with our club feels safe, stays healthy and has fun through football.
The club currently has a pathway for boys from U6s to U19s and for girls U7s to U16s.
The club has recently taken over operatorship of the Hazlehead Joe Paterson Pavilion and Pitches to give a permanent home to the in excess of 380 kids who play across the age groups.
The U16 girls team will be completing a 100 mile 'virtual' cycle to raise money towards the vision of building an astroturf at the facility.
The girls will use exercise spin bikes in groups of 2 or 3, with each group cycling around 15 miles. The virtual route (see gallery) starts and finishes at Hazlehead Pitches going via each of the players houses.
The girls really appreciate any donation large or small to help them reach their target.
