We're swapping our desks for mud, obstacles and teamwork as we take on Tough Mudder in support of our charity partner, In-Deep.

This grass roots charity provides vital support to isolated older people living in poverty through social events and dinners and also offers invaluable opportunities for young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

The challenge won't be easy, but we're determined to complete it while raising as much as possible for a fantastic cause.
