80 Lap Wheelchair Push to Commemorate The End of WWII · 10 November 2025

The RBL are the UK's leading charity providing financial, social and emotional support to millions who have served and are currently serving in the British Armed Forces and their dependents.

Story

The Weir Archer wheelchair racing club are fundraising for the Royal British Legion.

On Monday 10th November, all the Club athletes will be completing, either individually or in teams, 80 laps of the track, to commemorate 80 years since the end of World War II in support of the Poppy Appeal.

The Royal British Legion was founded to help those in need following a national crisis. They are working tirelessly to ensure that those who have served are being looked after no matter what challenges they, and the country faces.
