WVA Year 8 students will be taking part in a sponsored walk from WVA to Fermyn Woods on Tuesday 15th and Wednesday 16th July.

The walk, which will cover a safe and scenic route along a public footpath, is designed not only to promote physical wellbeing and outdoor learning but will also serve as a fundraising opportunity so that Year 8 students are able to fulfil their Giving PLEDGE. All funds raised from this event will go directly towards Lakelands Hospice.

We are proud of our students’ enthusiasm for making a positive impact, and this walk is a great opportunity for them to come together as a school community and put our shared values into action.
