The 70K for 70K Challenge;- We challenge you to walk 70,000 steps in 7 consecutive days to raise funds to support local older people. Age UK Birmingham will use your donation to provide vital services where they are needed most in local communities.

🤝 Your Support Makes a Real Difference

Through our partnership, we are funding vital services that make a real difference in the lives of older people:

✅ Age UK's Advice Line – A national, confidential telephone service where Age UK’s expert team provides guidance on everything from health to housing, helping older people access the support and services they need.

✅ Age UK’s Telephone Friendship Service – A program that connects people over 50 with friendly volunteers for a weekly chat, fostering thousands of new friendships and helping to combat loneliness and isolation.

✅ Local Age UK Support – Local Age UK charities have been paired with their nearest JLL office to receive direct support, enabling them to provide essential services within their communities.

Stepping Up for Age UK Birmingham - The 70K for 70K Challenge

Age UK Birmingham aims to raise £70,000 to support vital services for older people in the Birmingham and surrounding areas.

This challenge will directly support local older people, and also offers you as a participant, significant physical health benefits, including;

• improved cardiovascular health

• stronger muscles and bones,

• increased energy levels
