Remembering the Men of the Falklands: Cardiff to Wrexham Cycle Ride – June 2027

In June 2027, a team of serving soldiers, veterans, family members and supporters will cycle from Cardiff to Wrexham over four days. The ride marks the 45th anniversary of the Falklands Conflict and honours the 32 Welsh Guardsmen who lost their lives in the Falklands conflict in 1982.

Covering more than 110 miles across Wales, the ride is both an act of remembrance for those who never returned and a show of support for veterans and families still living with the effects of that conflict today.

The event raises funds for the Welsh Guards Charity (Charity Number: 1152766), which provides welfare support, hardship assistance and practical help to serving soldiers, veterans and their families.

All donations made through this page go directly to the Charity. Sponsorship secured separately helps cover rider and operational costs, with any surplus also being donated to the Charity.
