As some of you will be aware, my dad has been diagnosed with MND and I would like to raise as much money as I can for this amazing organisation that has helped my dad, mum and all the family following the diagnosis.

To raise money, I will be supporting Kevin Sinfield and completing my own 7 in 7 challenge. The 7 in 7 challenge starts on 1st December 2025. I will be running 7k each day for 7 days. Your support will make a huge difference.

Whether you can donate 70p, £7, or £77, every penny counts in the fight against MND. The money raised will provide care and support for people living with, and affected by MND. It will also fund vital research to help better understand the disease and bring us closer to finding a cure.
