Cancer sadly, seems to somehow touch us all. My challenge is in memory of wir beautiful mama couper; my dads beautiful mary ❣️ who, so sadly, went to heaven 14years ago .. peritoneal cancer being her ultimate diagnosis, after undergoing surgery 5years previously for endometrial cancer. Wir mam, like most, was so kind; she was beautiful inside +out; she was funny; intelligent; awesome company + wid have done absolutely anything to help anybody .. she taught us to always go to sleep friends with those you love; to always do your very best +to always be kind.

What i would give .. (and i know everyone feels the same about someone, or many people who are no longer on earth with us) .. to have have one more hug, one more chat .. to have her here amongst us for one more day ..

If you need a hug today for whatever reason, please feel mine squeeze you tight ..

come join us on our daily beach swim if you want to .. for me, the feelin really is almost indescribable, a peerie bit of fear, exhilaration, loads o laughter +love .. wir shetland cold water is amazing .. many folk have experienced the benefits for generations ..
