My brother in law Ian was diagnosed with Early onset Alzheimer’s at the very young age of 55. Recently he attended a small group run by "I was Gonnae" charity. The charity helps the group by using their life experiences to create their own song. Ian enjoys the opportunity to work with very talented musicians. This experience has had a very positive impact on him and other Alzheimer sufferers in the group.

I am going to challenge myself to walk 10k steps every day in December to raise much needed funds for this amazing group.
