In September this year I will once again be taking to the stage to perform stand up with an amazing group of people to raise money for two wonderful charities.

Chrysalis Centre is a truly amazing place where women support women to overcome the trauma and challenges of navigating domestic abuse and mental health. It empowers women to see beyond their situation and create the future they deserve with support love and encouragement.

I know that times are tough but if everyone I know added the cost of their daily Starbucks to this page, that would add to an amount that would support these two incredible places to keep supporting those that need it the most !!
