Wendy Price sadly passed away shortly after 18:00 on 25th December 2024.

Mum fought incredibly hard, in the way she always has, against severe acute pancreatitis which led to multiple complications and ultimately sepsis.

She went, surrounded by her immediate family, peacefully and surrounded with love.

Wendy was at Milton Keynes Hospital for 5 weeks.

It was a rollercoaster ride of ups and downs. Throughout which we were all impressed by the hard work, support and diligence of all the staff that played a part in helping her and supporting us.

A special thank you goes out to all the amazing staff in the ICU, especially those who were so kind to us all during this challenging time and in those vital last moments.

It is for this reason that we have decided to organise this donation to the Milton Keynes Hospital Charity, to support the hard work they do and in the hope of playing some small part in supporting other families in their times of need.
