Vivienne and Wendy will be taking part in the Edinburgh Kiltwalk on Sunday, 14th September 2025, to support the Mark Sommerville Foundation. This inspiring foundation is dedicated to helping those diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) and their loved ones. As a non-profit organisation, they believe that no one should face MND alone. Their commitment to supporting those affected by this challenging condition aims to make everyday life a little easier for families in need.

The reality is that more individuals are being diagnosed with MND every day. This cause hits close to home for many, as it has for one of our team members whose Mum and Nephew Gary has been directly impacted by this disease. The emotional and financial burdens can be overwhelming, especially when treatments that may prevent progression are not available through the NHS. The Mark Sommerville Foundation is actively advocating for increased funding from the Scottish Government for research and care, ensuring that no one has to navigate this journey alone.
