On the 23rd October 2025, I'll set off on my final fundraising walk for Poppyscotland.

Going North to South this time, my walk will start at Cape Wrath and finish at the Scottish Border, an estimated distance of 400 miles. I expect the walk to take around 5-6 weeks and I will be fully self-supported for the whole journey. I'll be accompanied by friends and family on different days: many of whom are also forces veteran's.

Key points of the route will include;

● Durness

● Lairg

● Inverness

● The Great Glen Way

● The West Highland Way

● Glasgow

● Gretna Green

● Scottish Border

I am walking in memory of my Dad, Les Sylvester (Royal Navy) and my Grandad Macleod (Army) and all who have served, both animal and human.
